Refund and Returns Policy

At Girikart, we follow a strict No Return / No Refund policy.
All sales are final once an order is confirmed. Please review all product details carefully before making a purchase.

However, in rare and exceptional cases, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Eligible Cases

– The wrong item was delivered.
– The product was received in damaged condition due to a shipping or handling error.

Refund Amount

If your case qualifies for a refund after review, only 70% of the total order value (excluding shipping and handling costs, if any) will be refunded.
The remaining 30% covers logistics, payment gateway, and administrative processing charges.

Process for Claim

1. You must contact support@girikart.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Include your order number, product name, and clear photos showing the issue (e.g., damaged product or wrong item).
3. Our team will verify your claim and inform you of eligibility within 5 business days.
4. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Important Notes

– Products must be unused and in original packaging for consideration.
– Requests received after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
– Girikart reserves the right to approve or deny refund claims based on internal review.
